Motion: Harmonic
Ignite Your Creative Flow
Motion: Harmonic opens up new frontiers in distortion, filtering and bitcrushing, placing you at the centre of a dynamic and responsive sound-shaping experience.
From subtle warming and shaping to intense modulated signal destruction, Motion: Harmonic puts everything you need at your fingertips. Comprehensive parameters for distortion, bitcrushing and filtering take these effects into new creative territory, with tools like the multipeak filter and dynamic distortion giving you new ways to play with sound.
The Hexagon, alongside a pulsating and reactive 3D object in the main view, offers six macro sliders that can be assigned to control any of the plugin’s effect parameters. These sliders then react to a ‘magnetic’ cursor whose path can be recorded using mouse movements or drawn graphically.
The Hexagon: Reactive Animation
Improving upon the concept of the traditional XY pad with new dimensions, the hexagonal control area is first-and-foremost in Motion: Harmonic, allowing its six macro sliders to be pushed and pulled together, in a reactive and creative way.
The six sliders act as macro controls for any distortion, filtering or modulation parameter in the plugin. The sliders themselves are then moved by a magnetic field surrounding the mouse cursor. Your cursor movements can be played live, recorded or pre-programmed; then controlled with extensive syncing and playback options. In addition, assigning any effect parameters to the centre of the hexagon means their properties will be modulated by the incoming audio level.
Making the Moves
Your motions within the Hexagon can attract or repel macro sliders, and your magnetic field can be customised for its Range and Strength and the macros’ slider’s behaviour can be changed using Hold and Release timing parameters. The path of your motions can be created and played back in many ways…
Paths can be recorded freely using the mouse cursor or designed using drawing and editing functions. Record a path using the mouse, and you can audition and trim the recording to hone in on your ideal pattern. Designing a path yourself is fully customisable – you can create, edit or remove points, and curve lines between them.
Once your path shape is fully formed, the Timeline provides full flexibility for how it’s played back and triggered. Playback can be looped or triggered by your DAW, and playback direction can be set between Forward, Backward or Pendulum. You can sync playback to your DAW’s tempo or run the path in milliseconds, and even the speed of the cursor’s movement through the path can be made variable, accelerating or decelerating during playback.

Lifeline Mod
Nostalgic Pitch Warping
In analogue audio formats, playback speed isn’t always perfectly consistent, and replicating this effect can lend a warm, nostalgic feel to lifeless digital audio.
Lifeline Mod brings back the magic of pitch variations as experienced with Tape, Vinyl and Cassette, reintroducing the sound-warping character of these media, but with precise control over their properties.
Tape mode introduces subtle pitch modulation where the speed and depth are compensated – an increase in speed is countered by a corresponding decrease in depth. Vinyl simulates the warping of a record, lending a moderate pitch modulation with some speed and depth compensation. Cassette achieves a more extreme pitch modulation effect as heard on compact-style tapes, an effect which is left untamed by keeping speed and depth independent.
The Modulation section’s dual X/Y pads give you graphical control over two parameter combinations: Wow Speed and Depth, plus Flutter Speed and Depth.
Wow and Flutter is found in all three modulation modes, and can even be synced to your DAW’s tempo. Their Waveform Shape can be set to Sine, Linear or Random, and a Dry/Wet control lets you blend pitch modulation into an analogue flanging or chorus-style effect.
Features
- 3 Pitch-Modulating Algorithms
- Realistic Speed-Depth compensation
- Wow and Flutter control
- Dual X/Y pad control
- Tempo Sync functionality
- Dry/Wet Mix
- Input/Output Gain Controls
- Global Bypass
- Resizeable UI
- Zero Latency
- 50 Presets

Crystalline
Next Generation Algorithmic Reverb
Crystalline is a new, state-of-the-art, reverb plugin with a pristine and modern sound. It gives you unprecedented creative control to shape your reflections. You can sync reverb start and decay times to your song’s tempo.
It follows the tradition of the classic algorithmic reverbs but adds new features and higher fidelity thanks to modern computer power. It is meant to sound unreal – in the most positive sense of the word. Its rooms and halls won’t sound anything like those in your house – but closer to those of your dreams!
Features
- Size: set the room size from tiny to large. This control is detached from the “Length” control, meaning you can get any size/length combination you want, including esoteric settings like huge spaces with very short tails or tiny spaces with very long tails.
- Sparkle: emphasize high frequencies inside the reverb algorithm. This generates reflections that are naturally brighter, which will help you achieve that extra shine on vocals or snares.
- Width: set the stereo image of the reverb from mono to wide – and even further to extra wide.
- Resolution: sets the complexity of the algorithm from ‘basic’ to ‘pristine’. More complex settings will give you an ultra-clean reverb response, free of metallic artefacts – while the ‘Basic’ setting will give you an efficient CPU performance at a normal fidelity.
- Modulation: creates pitch variations inside the reverb algorithm. This results in a richer sound that works especially well to fatten up synths, guitars and vocals.
- Shimmer: makes the high frequencies of the reverb tail decay slower than the rest of the spectrum, giving the reflections an ‘angelic halo’ effect. You can set the frequency cutoff point as well as the multiplier effect, which controls how much longer it takes for the higher frequencies to decay
- Damping: a dual filter control that lets you remove high and low-frequency content from the reverb reflections. This control offers a fast way to get rid of clutter and muddiness in your mixes.
- Sides: a high-pass filter that removes stereo information from the low end of the reverb, while keeping the mono information intact. This is especially helpful for creating wide vocal or lead instrument reflections without muddying up your low end.
- Gate: instantly recreate the classic 1980s gated reverb sound. The gate offers ‘threshold’ and ‘release’ controls and makes it fast and intuitive to make your snares go ‘Phil Collins’.

Super VHS
LoFi Vibes from a Strange Decade
As kids of the 80s, the Baby Audio team have always been drawn to the sound of slightly out-of-tune synths, warm tape saturation, gritty samples, and grainy reverbs.
So they set out on a mission to capture the lofi spirit of their favourite decade — and bring it into a new decade. Meet a complex algorithm with eight simple knobs. They named it ‘Super’ for its powers and ‘VHS’ for its sound.
Baby Audio wanted this plugin to be like sending your sounds back in time, then re-discovering them on a worn-out VHS tape 30 years later. All with the click of a single button, right inside your DAW.
The result is six unique effects coming together in a versatile signal chain. Super VHS will add some lofi authenticity to whatever clean sound you run through it — from a subtle touch of character to extreme sonic twists that leave your head spinning. Each effect has just a single control, but multiple parameters under the hood, allowing you to find endless combinations to transform your synths, samples, guitars, drums, vocals and beyond.
Features
- STATIC: A synthesized hum, generated by a pink noise oscillator mixed with a digital saw wave.
- HEAT: A warm sounding saturation algorithm inspired by ‘consumer-grade’ tape machines from the early 1980s.
- SHAPE: A sample rate reducer (with some extras) inspired by 1980s 8-bit samplers.
- MAGIC: A lush “Juno style” chorus — but modeled with a slightly darker and more detuned tone.
- DRIFT: An internal LFO creating unpredictable pitch and time fluctuations, ranging from ‘natural’ to ‘supernatural’.
- WASH: A grainy, unnatural sounding, hall reverb, inspired by digital rack effects from the VHS-era.
- MIX: Controls the over-all wet/dry balance.
- OUTPUT: Controls the global output.
- HIDDEN PROCESSING: High shelf EQ attenuation, bit-crusher, limiter.
